 Founded in 2006, Healthy Textures has establised itself as a definitive resource for healthy textured hair. Originally a popular blog and forum, HT attracted tens of thousands of monthly unique visitors and nearly a million page views a month.
Discovering a need for a comprehensive one-stop shop resource for healthy hair, Healthy Textures LLC launched a premium membership site in November 2008 for women of color seeking exceptional written and video content in a more intimate setting.
HT works with all players in the ethnic hair industry, from kitchenticians to professional stylists, to dispel myths about ethnic hair care and enable women of color to achieve healthier hair at home.
